What does Gzaiyuan sell?

Does Gzaiyuan manufacture these products?
Gzaiyuan is an independent online retailer. Unless expressly stated on a product page, we do not claim to manufacture the products or to be affiliated with a third-party brand.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States where checkout and carrier service support the destination. We do not offer international shipping.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00 USD, or free for orders of $70.00 USD or more. Express shipping is $15.00 USD when available at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Processing is generally 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transit of 2–4 business days, or 3–6 business days total.
How do I track an order?
Tracking is provided through the order or shipping notification when available.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If an order cannot be changed, you can use the applicable return process.
What can I return?
Unused, undamaged items with accessories may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items are also eligible for review.
Who pays return shipping?
Gzaiyuan provides a prepaid label for eligible returns and does not charge a restocking fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. We do not currently offer exchanges.
When is a refund issued?
Within 10 calendar days after we receive and inspect an approved return, sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post it.
What if an item is damaged, wrong, or missing parts?
Contact us with your order number and photos or details so we can review the issue.
