Refund Policy

Return window

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, undamaged, and include all accompanying accessories. We also support returns for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items.

How to request a return

Contact us first through the Contact Us page or at support@gzaiyuan.shop. Include your order number, product title, and reason for the request. For an approved return, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Do not send a return to our business correspondence address unless instructed.

Return costs and exchanges

Eligible return shipping is covered by Gzaiyuan. We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges; please return the original item and place a new order if needed.

Refund timing

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and allow you to accept the new timing or cancel for a timely refund.
